Where Therapists Learn How to Make Bank

The Loud Mouth Collective. Where therapists take their fucking power back. ✶

You became a therapist because you give a shit about people.

But somewhere along the way, this industry normalized burnout.

Normalized being overworked and underpaid.

Normalized the idea that we “don’t do this for the money” and should somehow survive purely off the kindness of our hearts.

And if you want to make more money?
Just see more clients.

Even if you’re exhausted.
Even if you’re drowning.
Even if your nervous system is screaming at you to slow the fuck down.

Well honestly?
Fuck that.

Welcome to The Loud Mouth Collective.

Where we believe therapists deserve way more fucking money than the fucked up systems that have spent years convincing us to accept being wildly underpaid while exploiting us.

Our skills are valuable.
Our expertise is valuable.
And that value extends far beyond the therapy room.

This is about diversified revenue streams, scalable income, and building wealth in ways that are not completely dependent on how many clients you can fit into a week or what insurance companies decide you are worth.

We may not be able to change every system that devalues therapists overnight. But we can stop letting those systems determine our worth, our income, and our future.

That is how we take our fucking power back.

Leave Burnout Behind

Seeing 1:1 clients for the rest of eternity is not the dream you were sold. Your capacity is limited, your income is limited, and you are shackled to systems that were never built to serve you.

Dream Way Bigger

There is more to life than what grad school, friends, family, the patriarchy, etc. taught us to want. You are allowed to dream bigger and still care deeply about serving others. That is alignment. And it changes everything.

Impact More Lives

One-to-one work keeps your impact small by design. Diversifying your revenue and sharing your work in ways that are not tied to your availability allows you to reach far more people than your calendar ever could.

Make A LOT More Money

There is so much more money available to therapists than we’ve been taught to believe. But you have to be willing to think bigger, reclaim your power, and stop playing by rules that were never designed to benefit you in the first place.

Hi! I’m Kamber
(aka, ‘Mean Older Sister’ Therapist)

and I got really fucking tired of watching brilliant therapists burn themselves into the ground.

I’m a therapist who absolutely loves the therapy world. I also love making money (sue me). And I refuse to buy into the idea that helping people means you should also accept being wildly underpaid.

So I got an MBA because I wasn’t willing to play dumb about how broken the traditional therapy business model actually is. I will not accept endless hustle, capped income, and burnout as just “part of the job.”

Instead, I built a business model that wasn’t dependent on my constant presence. One that scaled beyond one-to-one work. One that put my power back in my hands and created real financial momentum.

I didn’t stop caring about people. I didn’t stop being a therapist. I just stopped believing that loving this work meant sacrificing my time, energy, or life outside of it.

That’s what we do at The Loud Mouth Collective. We use the skills we already have in ways we were never taught were possible. We build diversified revenue streams, create scalable income, and make more money than we ever thought possible while still doing work that is deeply meaningful to us.

The Loud Mouth Framework

This is how we stop relying on exhaustion as a business model. This is how we stop believing that the only way to make more money is to keep seeing more clients until we burn ourselves into the ground.

This is how we build diversified revenue, scalable income, and lives that actually feel bigger than survival mode.

Visibility

Visibility is the foundation of everything. You can have the best ideas, be incredibly talented, and know your shit better than anyone else, but if nobody knows you exist, none of it matters. Visibility is about building attention, trust, authority, and a reputation around your expertise so the right people actually find you.

Idea

This is the “how.” How are you going to diversify your revenue and expand beyond one-to-one work? Most therapists actually have a ton of good ideas. The problem usually isn’t creativity. It’s knowing which ideas make sense, which ones align with your strengths, and which ones have the potential to become scalable income streams.

Business Plan

A good idea means nothing without a plan to actually turn it into revenue. This is where strategy, systems, execution, and sustainability come in. The business plan phase is about taking an idea and building it into something real. Something profitable. Something that creates actual momentum and moves your life forward.

Receipts from Therapists <3

“Kamber is brilliant and deserves all the praise. She has completely changed how I see my work and my worth.”

“I was seeing 25+ clients per week, completely burnt out, and really starting to resent my business and my work. Now I have built a business that actually serves me and I am so grateful.”

"As a therapist with dreams outside of session, this is paving the way! I know now how much more I have to offer outside of therapy.”
